RETURN & REFUND POLICY


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, Midnight Groovers does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms at checkout.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

β€’ Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

β€’ Personal preference or dissatisfaction with material, fit, color, or design

β€’ Orders placed after reading product descriptions and sizing information

β€’ Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

β€’ Pre-order, limited-release, festival, or made-to-order items

β€’ Shipping delays caused by carriers once the package has been shipped

Even though all sales are final, we always want to help our customers whenever possible. If you experience an issue with your order or are unhappy with your item, please email us and we will do our best to work with you on a possible replacement, discount, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at midnight.grooverz@gmail.com with:

β€’ Clear photos of the issue

β€’ A brief description of the problem


Once reviewed, we may offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


SHIPPING


Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Midnight Groovers is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer.


Once an order has been shipped, delivery issues, delays, lost packages, or carrier-related problems must be handled directly with USPS, UPS, or the shipping carrier.


CHARGEBACKS


Any chargeback filed for an order that was properly fulfilled and delivered may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and acceptance of store policies at checkout.
